Marshall’s Mattress & More originated as Marshall’s Mattress Direct in March 2015. Just north of Lynchburg in Madison Heights Virginia, we started our store in a small space with only 8 beds and serving “appointment only” our first year. We picked up a little extra space at our next location and changed to regular hours of operation. We quickly grew out of our location and in December 2019, opened a new store in Lynchburg on Greenview Dr. As our business grew, we began to offer the highest quality products we found in Serta and Kingsdown with a focus on pricing well below the big chain stores. Our biggest goal has always been to help our customers save money without sacrificing quality. As our customer base began to grow, our veteran-owned business became a solid mattress and bedding supplier for the Lynchburg area. Then came the fire in September 2021. On a day we were closed, a fire started in the adjacent unit and spread. We lost everything. We were devastated, but our faith in God and mission to help others save without sacrifice led us to where we are today, at 21771 Timberlake Rd Lynchburg, VA. Our journey has been a story in itself, but one that has made us more determined than ever to become Lynchburg’s and surrounding counties’ go-to store where they can trust their mattress and adjustable base buying experience will be enjoyable.
